Product Colors

We have made our best to ensure the colors are displayed accurately as possible. IAMARA cannot guarantee your computer’s or mobile monitor will display the true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item please contact hello@iamara.mx prior to placing your order.

Prices and Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in USA dollars.

All prices of the products indicated through the Website include VAT and other taxes that may be applicable. However, these prices do not include the expenses corresponding to the shipment of the products. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. Likewise, the expenses for fees and taxes generated by the authorities of other countries to sales made outside of Mexico are excluded, said expenses must be assumed by the client.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment Methods

Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for formalisation of the same. Debit or credit card by Visa®, Mastercard® and AMEX (only in Mexico) via Stripe. Also payments via Paypal are available. The choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.

Shipping & Returns

All of our pieces are made to order. Once you have placed and paid your order we will be sending it to production, We will be emailing your shipping tracking number as soon as your oder is ready!

For products ordered to be manufactured, the dispatch will be made approximately between twenty one (21) to forty five (45) business days, depending on the product ordered and after the purchase is confirmed. You can revised the manufacture time under Shipping details tab on every product.

Shipping Standard time 3-5 days, orders within Mexico.

Shipping Standard time 5-10 International orders.

Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please note all pieces are hand made and shipped from Mexico.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, dispatch orders are not processed until the next business day.

Iamara® is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order due to force majeure events or fortuitous events. Iamara® will not be responsible when it has not been possible to deliver to the address indicated for reasons directly attributable to the client. In this case, you must communicate directly with the customer service of the carrier, supplying the respective guide number.

For security reasons, no order will be accepted when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale.

Since all of our pieces made-to-order we do not accept returns. If you had a special circumstance with your order please contact us so we can go through the issue.

Please note that once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

For International Shipping orders, duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.

We ship all of your orders via Fedex.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from iamara.mx (the "site").

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

"By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency."

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
